ON24 will continue to comply with its Privacy Shield commitments for so long as it remains an active participant in the program. In addition, we will work with clients to implement additional adequacy measures where necessary under applicable data protection laws in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK), such as the EU standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries.
